Job description

  • Do you enjoy keeping complex event logistics organized, on track and running smoothly?

  • Are you highly organized, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple stakeholders, deadlines and priorities?

  • Do you enjoy working directly with teams and solving logistical challenges before they become problems?

  • Do you have a passion for esports and want to play a key role in delivering a great tournament experience for participating teams?

If the answers to the above questions are yes, then this role could be ideal for you!

GRID is looking for a Tournament Logistics Operator to join our Tournament Services team and take ownership of the operational logistics that support our tournaments.

You will be a key point of contact for participating teams throughout the tournament lifecycle, coordinating Team Participation Agreements, prize money processes, travel arrangements and other team logistics. Working closely with Tournament Services, Finance and Legal, as well as esports teams, travel providers and other tournament stakeholders, you will ensure that every requirement is understood, delivered accurately and completed on time.

This role combines team relationship management, financial and legal coordination, travel logistics and operational execution. You will manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously, identify potential issues before they become blockers, communicate clearly and provide teams with timely, professional support throughout their engagement with GRID.

From preparing teams ahead of an event to supporting them during the tournament and ensuring all outstanding requirements are closed afterward, you will play an important role in making sure the team experience is smooth, efficient, and well-organized.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for participating teams regarding tournament logistics and provide timely operational support.

    • Coordinate outstanding prize money, TPA, and travel-related requirements through to completion.

    • Maintain accurate logistics records and provide visibility of outstanding actions and key operational information.

    • Support post-event reviews and identify opportunities to improve team logistics and the overall team experience.
