  • Do you take ownership of projects and enjoy seeing them through from initial planning to live delivery?

  • Do you want to play a key role in delivering high-quality tournament experiences for teams, partners and fans?

If the answers to the above questions are yes, then this role could be ideal for you!

GRID is looking for a Tournament Coordinator to join our Tournament Services team and take operational ownership of assigned tournaments from initial planning and design through to live delivery and post-event review.

You will be responsible for translating tournament objectives, approved designs and commercial requirements into clear, executable operational plans. You will coordinate the people, teams, systems and dependencies required to make each tournament successful, while maintaining event readiness, managing operational risks and keeping stakeholders aligned throughout the tournament lifecycle.

You will act as the primary operational point of contact for your assigned tournaments, working closely with GRID teams including Tournament Services, League Operations, Tournament Production, Partnerships, Integrity, Support and Commercial, as well as publishers, esports teams, partners and other tournament stakeholders.

The role combines tournament operations, project coordination, stakeholder management and live event delivery. You will be expected to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, identify risks and blockers early, drive actions to completion and make sure every part of the tournament is ready for successful delivery.
