About GRID esports:

At GRID esports we are building a data-ecosystem specifically designed for the esports industry. The GRID platform is designed to allow games publishers, teams and leagues to leverage official data assets through both B2B and fan-facing channels and does so through the use of specialised technological approaches to building real-time esports data processing systems.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports capturing a snapshot of overall working health

  • Report on areas of concern for the business

  • Talk with clients

  • Responsible for daily customer relations to support GRID's vision of providing unparalleled world-class customer service and support, including interacting with customers, answering  customer enquiries/issues via email, live-chat(slack, Skype, discord)

  • Acquire multiple games/product knowledge to enhance ability to understand customer needs

  • Daily ad-hoc tasks

  • Additional job scopes and responsibilities to be taken on with time, based on strength and performance

Requirements

  • Good understanding of esports

  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy counts in operator jobs. You must be able to concentrate and be precise in your work

  • Precision is key

  • Having strong technical skills will be necessary

  • You should know how to use multiple types of resources for research and you should be able to do so effectively

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills and a great team player

  • Proven track record of using data to generate insight and social cards
